Working Hours
Although eBay is a 24/7/365 business, I generally operate normal business hours. Monday - Friday. So e-mails over a weekend are answered on Mondays.
Descriptions, Technical Information and Colours
The descriptions and technical information supplied in my listings is based on information supplied by the manufacturer/supplier.
Colours of items purchased may vary slightly from that shown in the listings due to the way your monitor/screen displays colour.
Buying more than one item? - Reduced Post & Packing amount
I will always reduce the postage and packing amount ( when a saving can be made ) if you purchase more than one item from me (at the same time) if you pay the full amount I will automatically refund the difference (excluding the Paypal 20p charge per additional item) although it's easier if you wait and let me combine and alter the invoice. If I miss your multiple purchases and send them individually ( Oops ) let me know and I'll send you a refund.
Contacting me
Please make sure that your e-mail address is sent with any message via the eBay messaging system, and is current and correct, I will reply direct, it's quicker, and I will have the "thread" of our conversation(s). Your e-mail address is held in private and will not be sold or passed on to anyone else.
Questions
Please read the listing thoroughly before asking a question..! I try to make these as comprehensive as possible, but I have been known to miss something out. If you ask something that is answered in the listing, you may not get a reply..!! Questions sent over the weekend are generally answered on Monday.
How to Pay
I require payment within 7 days, although I can be flexible providing you contact me. I will send you an e-mail to confirm I have received payment.
Paypal I am a UK Verified PayPal member. I do not charge any extra for you paying me this way.
Cheque I will allow at least 5 working days for these to clear from the date of banking before I will dispatch your item. if you need the item quickly please use PayPal or send a postal order(s).
Postal Orders Use if you don't want to use PayPal, quicker for dispatch than cheques
Unpaid Items
My items are all mostly fixed price - buy it now listings, so there's no surprise that you have "won it" ( and have to pay for it..! ) If item(s) remain unpaid with no communication from the buyer after 7 days, I will start the eBay "Unpaid Item Process" to recover the eBay Final Value fees that I will have paid. I also reserve the right to place the item(s) back into stock and relist. eBay allows sellers to close the Unpaid Item Process after 7 days, and I will do so if I haven't had any response from a non-paying buyer within this period and payment has not been received. eBay ( not the seller ) will then issue the non paying buyer an "Unpaid Item Strike" for each unpaid item.
Dispatch & Delivery
I aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible. Items that are confirmed as paid before 12:00 Noon are generally* dispatched the same day - Mondays - Fridays, otherwise items are usually* dispatched the next working day I receive payment, or in the case of cheques upon cleared funds. l will send you an email confirming your item has been dispatched. Items purchased on weekends are dispatched on Mondays. The method used for dispatch is as per the item listing. This may vary with combined items purchases. I am not responsible for delivery time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier, are excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary particularly during peak periods. I will only dispatch to United Kingdom postcodes and BFPO addresses. If you require a guaranteed delivery time/method you must contact me before purchasing the item so I can inform you of any additional cost.
* for 95% of purchases, but I do have the odd day off sometimes.
Item not Delivered or Delayed
Before contacting me about "has my item been dispatched" please check your e-mail account first. As I always send a "dispatched" e-mail confirmation.
If your item(s) are listed as being dispatched by recorded post, please contact me 4 days after dispatch if it hasn't arrived, so I can track it. It seems the royal mail do not always leave a card after a delivery attempt. They will keep it for 7 days and then return it back to me. If this happens you will have to pay additional postage for your item(s) to be reposted.
Please be advised that the Post Office will only consider the package "lost", "missing" or "delayed" after 14 days from the date of posting so I'm unable to refund or dispatch a replacement until then.
Feedback Policy
Feedback for buyers is automated (so I can't forget..!) and is left within a few minutes of you leaving feedback for me. Should you have any problems with the item you have purchased, I require you to contact me before leaving feedback so they can be resolved. I am a professional and responsible trader and will treat you fairly, I expect the same from buyers. I do not leave feedback for buyers on payment, so please don't ask me to do so.
Returns
If you need to return the item you have purchased for any reason please contact me within 14 days of receipt for instructions first. Items being returned must be in the same condition as I supplied them, packaging, labels intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) back to me.
Refunds
Refunds are made via the original method of payment, eg. if you paid for the item by Paypal, the refund will be by Paypal.

I am a full time professional trader, your buying experience with me will go smoothly, but I'm here to help if there are any problems - some things are out of my control..! My feedback hopefully reflects how I treat my buyers and run my business.
